客運轉運站之環境識別設計規劃與運用-以礁溪轉運站為例

Abstract

政府2010年開始陸續推動許多公車轉運站政策，各縣市政府近年積極的建置許多公路客運轉運站，但卻忽略了轉運站的環境識別系統整體規劃的重要性；環境識別系統能清楚呈現整體環境的結構與地域性的識別外，也方便大眾在此空間環境順利有效的運行，並象徵了地方政府的施政品質與用心程度，也可藉著環境識別設計發揚地方特色，讓來訪的旅客能夠感受到有規劃性及系統性的地方意象。 本研究以觀光著名的宜蘭縣礁溪鄉的礁溪轉運站為其創作對象，以資料蒐集為出發點，將國內、外文獻對於指標識別、標識以及資訊設計相關原則及概念加以整理。分析目前轉運站標識現況，利用城市意象元素的概念將轉運站分區，按照分區方式進行環境識別系統的重新設計及規劃，藉此改善目前礁溪轉運站環境識別系統；並與地方特色為設計基礎，以色彩、圖像符號轉換為礁溪轉運站標誌，讓轉運站能與地方特色連結；並藉著轉運站的運輸聯結，形塑礁溪轉運站為北宜蘭和礁溪主要門戶的重要形象，而本研究歷程則可為未來標識設計人員之設計參考，並應用於其他類似公共運輸空間場所。 本研究建立一套完整的礁溪轉運站環境識別系統，不但能提升公共交通運輸場站的專業形象，並打造易理解的環境識別系統，提高國際遊客來此觀光的意願。後續更提供站內完整的環境識別系統檢核表，方便轉運站管理者對於環境識別系統之後管理與維護。讓遊客、民眾進入此公共運輸場站時，能與當地特色文化產生美好的連結，並提供易理解、專業又具美感的公共運輸空間，藉此提升國內交通環境整體形象。In 2010, the government began to promote many public exchange station policies. In recent years, the county and city governments have actively built a number of highway passenger stations, but have ignored the importance of the overall planning of the environmental identification system of the transfer station. The environmental identification system can clearly show the structure and regional identification of the entire environment, and also facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the public in this space environment. It symbolizes the quality and intention of the local government. It can also promote local features through environmental identification design, so that visiting travelers can feel the visual and systematic local imagery. This creation takes the famous Yilan Jiaoxi Bus Station as its object of creation, and takes data collection as the starting point, collates the relevant principles and concepts of index identification, marking and information design in domestic and foreign literature. Based on the analysis of the current status of the marking of the transfer station, this paper uses the concept of urban image elements to regionalize the transfer station and redesign and plan the marking system according to the way of regionalization, so as to improve the current marking system of the reef River transfer station, and takes the local characteristics as the design basis, transforms the color and image symbols into the marking of the reef River transfer station, so that the transfer station can be connected with the local characteristics. The transportation connection of the station forms an important image of the main portals of North Yilan and Jiaoxi. This creative process can be used as a reference for the future designer of the logo and for other similar public transport space places. This study establishes a complete set of environmental identification system of Jiaoxi transfer station, which can enhance the professional image of public transport station and easy understand environment identification of public space and enhance the willingness of international tourists to come here for sightseeing. Subsequently, a complete identification system checklist is provided to facilitate the management and maintenance of the identification system after the transfer station manager. When visitors and people enter this public transport hub, they can have good contact with local culture and provide easy to understand, professional and beautiful public transport space, thereby enhancing the overall image of the domestic traffic environment.
