班內特《取自於席琳克絲 二》之樂曲分析與演奏詮釋

Abstract

木琴獨奏曲《取自於席琳克絲 二》( After syrinx II, 1984 )為英國作曲家班內特( Bennett, Richard Rodney, 1936-2002 ) 題為「取自於席琳克絲」( After Syrinx ) 四首系列作品之中的第二首。《席琳克絲》( Syrinx, 1913 ) 為德布西( Claude Debussy )以希臘神話為題材，用於戲劇配樂的長笛獨奏曲，最初曲名為《潘神之笛》( La flûte de Pan )。班內特以此曲旋律為靈感，將之直接引用於作品中，創作融合了音列技法。此篇書面報告總共六章。第一章為前言，介紹研究動機、方法、與相關資訊，第二章為作曲家生平，第三章為樂曲創作背景，第四章為樂曲分析，第五章為演奏詮釋，第六章為結語。

The marimba solo piece After Syrinx II (1984) is the second of a series of pieces entitled “After Syrinx” by the British composer Richard Rodney Bennett (1936-2002).It is based on Claude Debussy's Syrinx for solo flute (1913), which is an incidental music based on Greek myths. The original title for Syrinx was La Flûte de Pan. Bennett used the theme as an inspiration and quoted it in his pieces, composed using serial technique. This written report is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction, which introduces the motive, method, and related information of the study; Chapter 2 is the biography of the composer; Chapter 3 is the background of the piece; Chapter 4 is the analysis of the piece; Chapter 5 is an interpretation of the performance; and Chapter 6 is the conclusion.
