選自己的雲：企業選擇三大公有雲服務之決定因素

Abstract

有鑒於數位轉型逐漸成為企業發展趨勢，各企業無不尋求能在變動環境下能彈性發展、快速反應市場變動及需求的永續經營及發展策略。而雲端運算的發展成熟正帶給企業在企業永續經營、數位轉型及未來發展策略中的一個新思維。在台灣，雖然雲端在企業導入時程不如歐美來的早，但近10多年隨著Amazon、Microsoft 及Google 三大雲端服務商陸續於台灣編制專屬業務及服務團隊以提供在地化即時業務及技術支援服務之外，更加碼在台灣的投資版圖，Google在2013年於台灣彰濱工業區正式啓用亞太首座資料中心後，接著又宣布第二座及第三座資料中心的興建計劃。Microsoft 2020年宣布在台灣設置資料中心（local datacenter）、Amazon 在2022年建置本地區域機房（local zone）。足見台灣企業對雲端服務需求上升，三大雲端廠商（ Amazon 、Microsoft 和 Google ） 對台灣公有雲發展之重視。本論文透過深度訪談及資料收集，探討此三大公有雲在台灣發展現況及企業在此三大公有雲採用之評估項目及應用現況。期望本研究可為台灣各種不同產業企業未來進行以雲端移轉進行數位轉型之參考，同時也可作為企業或個人探究台灣雲端發展現況及未來導入評估之參考。

This thesis explores the determinants of enterprises’ selection among three public clouds: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google GCP. Digital transformation has become a trend for enterprises to seek flexible and sustainable development strategies in a changing environment. Cloud computing offers a new paradigm for enterprises’ management, transformation, and future growth. In Taiwan, although cloud adoption is not as early as in Europe and America, the three major cloud service providers have increased their investment and presence in Taiwan in the past decade, providing localized and timely business and technical support services. They have also built or announced plans to build data centers or local zones in Taiwan, indicating the rising demand for cloud services and the importance of Taiwan’s public cloud development. Through in-depth interviews and data collection, this thesis examines the current situation and evaluation criteria of enterprises using these three public clouds in Taiwan. It is expected that this research can provide a reference for different industries in Taiwan to conduct digital transformation through cloud migration, as well as a reference for enterprises or individuals to explore Taiwan’s cloud development and future adoption evaluation.
