民眾尋求社區自費諮商的決定經驗探究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討臺灣民眾尋求自費諮商的決定經驗。研究以立意取樣,邀請七位曾進行自費心理諮商並自行支付諮商費用、該自費諮商已正式結案達三個月以上未超過三年,且回憶當時決定經驗、不致引發身心不適,且當時諮商困擾已處於滿意狀態之臺灣民眾。參與者共有六女一男,年齡介於21至40歲,平均年齡30歲。研究者設計訪談大綱,以半結構訪談進行資料蒐集,並透過內容分析法進行資料分析,以了解研究參與者尋求自費諮商契機、決定諮商到付諸行動所經過的決定歷程,以及決定歷程中的影響因素。研究結果如下:(一)研究參與者尋求自費諮商的契機包含覺察過去有未處理經驗、面臨當前事件與困境、遭逢外在情境影響。(二)尋求自費諮商的決定歷程包括:意念萌生、猶豫思考、需求評估、形成決定、資料搜尋、行前猶豫、克服猶豫、展開行動等階段。(三)影響自費諮商決定的影響因素包含:重要他人、過去對於輔導諮商的了解與認識、過去諮商經驗、環境因素、困境本身帶來的困擾程度、過往身心準備、穩定的生活條件、希望改變的強烈動機。最後根據研究結果提出討論和建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to explore the decision-making experiences of Taiwanese individuals seeking self-paid counseling. The study employs purposive sampling and invites seven Taiwanese individuals who have undergone self-paid psychological counseling, personally paid for the counseling fees, had their self-paid counseling formally concluded for more than three months but less than three years, can recall their decision-making experience without causing physical or mental discomfort, and were in a satisfactory state regarding their counseling concerns at that time. Among the participants, there are six females and one male, aged between 21 to 40 years, with an average age of 30. The researcher designed an interview outline and conducted semi-structured interviews for data collection. Data analysis was performed using content analysis to understand the participants' opportunities for seeking self-paid counseling, the decision-making process from deciding to take action, and the influencing factors within the decision-making process. The study results are as follows: (1) The opportunities for seeking self-paid counseling among participants include awareness of unresolved past experiences, facing current events and difficulties, and encountering external situational influences. (2) The decision-making process for seeking self-paid counseling includes stagessuch as idea emergence, hesitation and contemplation, needs assessment, decision formation, information search, pre-action hesitation, overcoming hesitation, and taking action. (3) The influencing factors in the decision to seek self-paid counseling include significant others, understanding and knowledge of counseling in the past, past counseling experiences, environmental factors, the level of distress caused by difficulties, previous physical and mental preparation, stable living conditions, and a strong motivation for change. Finally, discussions and suggestions are proposed based on the study results.en_US
