再現苑裡風華:以日治時期傳統詩為研究素材

苑裡鎮古稱「蓬山」，青山綠水，風景秀麗，是人文薈萃的好地方。透過《苑裡志》、《苑裡鎮志》等相關史料研究，將苑裡鎮的歷史、地理、政治、經濟、文教等做多元面向的架構結合。由文字整理與真實呈現，深入了解苑裡的全貌，探究苑裡人文地理的變遷。 從苗栗縣的詩社及文化統合來看苑裡詩社的發展，苑裡的愛竹山莊，大瓦厝、方鑑堂等是孕育蓬山文化的搖籃。陳豁軒、王清淵等人倡導的蓬山吟社，以發揚詩藝，維繫傳統道德為使命，使屬於蓬山的桐花，永不凋零。而外緣環境的氛圍，造就蓬山代表性詩人蔡振豐、陳瑚、陳貫、王清淵詩作的產生，展現文人不同的内心世界。苑裡八景中詩與圖的對話，使閱讀苑裡更具不同層次的美感。觀看八景的視角與脈絡，不但詮釋苑裡的美景，傳承歷史文化的意義，也掌握家國情懷和文學的創意。 在時間延展的寬度上，在空間移動的廣度下，在文化視角的深度中，開墾家鄉苑裡這一畝良田，築夢在苑裡的家鄉。以文學的理論為基礎，用文化的角度來觀察與探究，拓展苑裡的視野與空間。苑裡有一種不同於一般城市的寧靜，有平埔族、閩南、客家族群融合的豐富文化資產，有傳統的鄉土風情，為家鄉苑裡留下璀燦的扉頁，重現蓬山的風華。Abstract Yuanli Township, once known as “Pengshan”, is blessed with a majestic landscape and marveled as a great hub of humanity excellence. By utilizing archival literature review of the “Yuanli Chronicle”, “Yuanli Township Chronicle” and the like, the thesis attempts to build a diverse framework on Yuanli Township’s history, geography, politics, economics, culture, education and the like. With text sorting and a realistic manifestation, the thesis aims to delve into deciphering all facets of Yuanli by exploring the evolvement of its humanity and geography. To examine the development of Yuanli’s Poetry Societies by gauging from Miaoli County’s Poetry Societies and cultural integration, Yuanli’s Aizhu Estate, Dawa Estate and Fangjian Hall are the hotbeds that nurtured the Pengshan culture. Those such as Chen, Yu-hsuan, Wang, Ching-yuan etc., have spearheaded the Pengshan Poetry Chanting Society, through which to excel the art of poetry, taking to the mission of bridging the traditional mortality and to preserve the Tong blossoms representative of Pengshan for posterity. The ambience of the peripheral environment has cultivated the emergence of poetry works by Pengshan’s representative poets of Tsai, Zhen-feng, Chen, Hu, Chen, Kuan, Wang, Ching-yaun etc., manifesting the varied inner sanctums of the literary set. The poetry in the Yuanli Eight Scenic Sites and the illustrated dialogue present the aesthetic of a different level when reading about Yuanli. To broach from the perspective and timeline of the Eight Scenic Sites, they more than highlight the scenic beauty of Yuanli in how they bridge the significance of the historic culture, and they also capture the hometown tie and the literal creativity. Through the width and propensity of time and space elapsed and the depth of a cultural viewpoint, the heritage continues with the fine land being cultivated in Yuanli, where those calling Yuanli home materialize their ambitious dreams. Building on the foundation of literal theory and exploring and observing from the cultural angle, efforts have been made to expand Yuanli’s horizon and vision. Blessed with a unique tranquility unlike most of the urban settings, Yuanli has a wealth of cultural resources blending the ethnicity of the Pingpu, Fujianese and Hakkaese, and preserves the rustic, traditional folklore flare to document a brilliant history of the hometown of Yuanli and to reinvent Pengshan’s brilliancy.
