台北市非自願失業者的財務壓力、社會支持與心理健康之相關研究

dc.description.abstract本研究主要探討非自願失業者的心理健康狀態,以及與心理健康相關的其他變項,包含人口背景資料、財務壓力、失業現況、社會支持,並進一步探討各變項對心理健康與社會支持是否具有預測力。研究範圍以台北市的就業服務站為限,研究樣本共364人,以失業者基本資料表、社會支持量表、基本人格量表做為研究工具。研究結果主要發現:1.非自願失業者有較多的焦慮、人際問題和抑鬱。2.非自願失業者的各項社會支持與心理困擾各向度皆有負相關,且自尊感支持與抑鬱及自貶的負相關最高,且自尊感支持對抑鬱與自貶皆具有預測力。3.非自願失業者的家人支持程度、家庭經濟受影響程度與非自願失業次數對於社會支持具有預測力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe study was to explore the relationships among demography, unemployment state, social support, financial strain and mental health of the involuntary unemployed workers in Taipei City. There were a total of 364 valid subjects participated in the study. Instruments used in this study included Basic Data Form, Basic Personality Inventory and Interpersonal Support Evaluation List . The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. Involuntary unemployed workers showed higher levels of anxiety, interpersonal problems and depression. 2. Social support had negative relationships with mental disturbance for the research participants. And self-esteem support can predict depression and self depreciation for the research participants. 3. Family support and family financial strain can predict social support for the research participants.en_US
