同志家族創傷書寫與照片敍事—以陳俊志《台北爸爸 紐約媽媽》為例

Abstract

紀錄片導演陳俊志（1967-2018） 在2011年以自身經歷出版《台北爸爸，紐約媽媽》，輯錄逾百幀涵蓋家人、物件照片，以近似紀錄片手法，透過圖文並行的敘事方式來撰寫自我的生命故事。該書描寫個人情感與家庭故事的交融，突破了單純以同志議題為主的創作範疇，展現同志文學與家族記憶的融合。本文爬梳《台北爸爸，紐約媽媽》中的父權、創傷與照片敍事，以父權體制來分析父親與作者、家族女性成員之間相依相抗的矛盾情感，藉由創傷書寫理論探討作者對父權、家庭等創傷記憶的重構與自我療癒。透過理解照片敍事重新詮釋記憶的策略，揭示作者將家庭創傷轉化成對家的追逐和構築的動力。藉由研究《台北爸爸，紐約媽媽》文字與照片的多元敘事，挖掘台灣同志文學中獨特的文本素材，亦可凸顯陳俊志對台灣多元性別與家庭議題上的貢獻。

Documentary director Chen Junzhi (1967-2018) published Taipei Daddy New York Mommy in 2011， based on his experiences. The book includes over a hundred photos covering family members and objects. Using a documentary-like approach， he narrates his life story through a combination of text and images. The book depicts the intertwining of personal emotions and family stories， breaking through the confines of purely LGBTQ+-themed creations and showcasing the fusion of LGBTQ+ literature and family memories.This thesis analyzes the themes of patriarchy， trauma writing， and photo narration in Taipei Daddy New York Mommy using patriarchal theory to explore the conflicting emotions of dependence and resistance between the father， the author， and female family members. Through trauma writing， I examine the author's reconstruction and self-healing of traumatic memories related to patriarchy and family. Through Chen’s strategy of photo narration to reinterpret memories， this thesis reveals how the author transforms family trauma into a driving force for pursuing and reconstructing his home. Studying the diverse narratives in the text and photos of Taipei Daddy New York Mommy uncovers unique textual material in Taiwanese LGBTQ+ literature and highlights Chen Junzhi's contributions to advancing diverse gender and family issues in Taiwan.
